Esquire Solutions Announces a New View on Video and Transcript Management

Preview release of EsquireView a resounding success

New York (May 3, 2010) – Esquire Solutions announced today the national launch of its powerful synchronized video and transcript management system, EsquireView. The new proprietary software, previewed in February and piloted in select markets, is the newest addition to Esquire’s suite of end-to-end litigation support solutions.

Developed by Sanction Solutions, a sister company of Esquire Solutions, EsquireView is software exclusively distributed by Esquire Deposition Solutions and is a standard deliverable as part of the Esquire transcript package.

EsquireView has multiple functionalities, enabling users to:

  • Create trial-ready still images, text and/or video clips
  • Find critical words in the transcript quickly with the word index feature
  • Include highlighted personal notes as a transcript is reviewed
  • Redact confidential information
  • Create issue logs
  • Quickly sort and export video, text and images to create complete Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, and
  • Easily export full transcripts to Sanction® or other systems
