Every candidate must pass through a rigorous selection process that includes in-depth interviews with experienced professionals and customized tests that evaluate their experience, skills, initiative and other key factors that ensure they are suited to a position. Where appropriate, professional and education credentials are also researched and verified. We also offer services such as background checks and drug testing at competitive rates.
We respect the privacy of all direct-hire candidates and our searches are conducted with the highest level of confidentiality.
